SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to properly select tooling for product and equipment being used.
Set up and run parts within tolerance based on router instructions and customer requirements which includes making the proper adjustments.
Monitor work being performed to assure quality of product being worked on.
Record quantity of product being produced.
Maintain, clean and lubricate equipment as required.
Properly identify and dispose excess resin.
Identify status of material in process.
Report the number of good pieces and scrap pieces to supervisor.
Report equipment related problems to management.
Keep work area clean.
Work in a safe manner.
Willing to work regular and off shift hours.
Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, the individuals must be qualified with the knowledge, skill and abilities listed below:
Required to understand basic math including percentages, ratios and proportions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
Ability to write legibly.
Ability to read/understand measuring devices (gauges and calipers).
