Seeking hard-working, responsible individuals for long-term assignments. Punctuality, attendance, hard work, and great production skills are key. Must be prepared to work in a very fast-paced team environment that requires frequent movement and lifting. Will participate in job rotation in a variety of departments based on production needs. Must be able and willing to work long hours - mandatory overtime with little to no notice. Willing to train candidates that have a desire to learn.
Two Shifts:
4:30 am - 3:00 pm (hours vary daily)
3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (hours vary daily)
What makes you a stand out candidate?
Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience is preferred, with 2 outstanding references from your previous employment. You will need to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, tape measure test, and basic math assessment. Ability to work 10-12 hours in a non-air conditioned facility with moving equipment and loud noise due to the machinery. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Steel-toed boots/shoes are required. All other protective equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, etc) will be provided by the company as needed.
Working hours: 1st and 2nd shift positions
Preferred candidate will have the following skill sets and/or
Experience:
-Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
-Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
-Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
-Constant use of hands and arms-completing repetitive tasks
-Good attendance is a must
-Team oriented
-Safety conscious
-Flexible - cross-training is a requirement
